Solid Fuel Binder

A new solid fuel binder has been developed by Rocket Lab to serve as a direct substitute to HTPB. It offers significant advantages over HTPB in terms of ease of manufacture and low cost.

• Polymer based, 2-part, cold castable elastomer
• Non-foaming
• Non exothermic
• Self scavenging
• Suitable for AP composite fuels
