Hybrid 90A is a polymer-based cold castable elastomer. It is an alternative to HTPB that possesses many of the desirable characteristics while offering many advantages over common issues surrounding HTPB:

Easy-to-cast and create detailed sections
No foaming, the 2-part mix is self-scavenging for moisture
No vacuum mixing required
Low exotherm
Low cost
Inert

Performance:

Ballistic properties match HTPB
Minimum achieved I_sp 220s at sea-level
Density of 1100 kg per m³
Much harder than HTPB – Shore 90A
